Oh precious Colombia. The “Holy Grail” of coffee growing, and our best selling single-origin. We offer a Colombian coffee year round, and this time we are switching it up with a coffee from San Sebastian, in western Colombia. You may not have a golden chalice to drink this coffee from, but it for sure deserves the best treatment in your favorite mug.

From our importers Cofinet: This coffee is produced by small holder growers in Inzá municipality on the western side of Cauca. This region is 80% inhabited by the indigenous tribe called Paeces. Through our friends from Occicafe and Globalcafe, we have a direct relationship with the farmers and have better control on the quality. Farmers own small parcels of land (average size of the farm is 0.5 to 1.5 hectares) where they grow coffee at 1700 masl, and the crops are mainly Castillo and Caturra varieties.
