This is a fun coffee to truly experience terroir. Single farm, single varietal, in the high altitude mountains of Huehuetenango. Bernabé has been doing coffee for a long time, alongside other crops, but has been super focused on quality and improvement the last decade - including a strong 5 harvest relationship with Caravela.
