Unfortunately, sourcing those coffees has become increasingly difficult. So in full transparency, this is a NEW blend we are attempting. It has a very similar profile, but two different coffees (India & Ethiopia). We hope you enjoy it :)

Our new Mocha Java blend is a blend of coffees from Yemen (Moka) and Java (Indonesia). It's an ode to the "original", oldest (and most widely produced) coffee blend, Moka Java, as well as the rise of coffee capitalism and the “very fine Java & Mocha” blend made famous by Hills Bros coffee company in the early 1900s. A beautiful blend of earthy and chocolates, with bright cherry fruit flavors - makes this post blend mouth watering. We roast each single origin separately at the optimum roast level, then post blend to create this perfect marriage.
Too bad the Hill Bros didn't just do it right and actually make it the "highest grade". Maybe the coffee industry would be better off today had they done so... ;)
