When am I charged?

On the day each order ships, at your member price. We email you a few days before every renewal.

Can I change my coffee?

Anytime. Swap roasts, sizes, or grind between deliveries from your account. Changes apply to your next shipment.

Can I skip or pause?

Yes. Skip a single delivery or pause indefinitely with no penalty. Going on vacation shouldn't cost you coffee.

How fresh is it, really?

Roasted the week it ships and dispatched within 1 to 2 days, so it reaches you at peak, never off a warehouse shelf.

How do I cancel?

Two clicks in your account. No emails, no hoops, no hard feelings. You're always in control.
