This delicious darker-roasted coffee is a 50/50 blend of rotating washed Latin American coffees sourced through Caravela Coffee Importers. While the coffees in this blend change occasionally due to sourcing similar coffees from the freshest harvest, there’s always a consistent balance of sweet and nutty with a medium to heavy body.

We roast Dark Night to just after the start of the second crack giving this “dark” roast all the roasty toasty lovelies while maintaining sweetness.

I love this coffee and have given it as a gift to my friends.

Mad Taste!

Really great taste and a nice rich blend for an every day coffee. I use three heaping tablespoons for a richer blend because I like strong coffee. This is a good blend for those looking to start with Mad Priest.

Sweet Seduction

This coffee is not as dark as my soul, but the taste is rich and has no bitterness. It’s now part of my morning ritual .

We have tried SOOOOOO many coffees and varieties and none comes close to Dark Night of the Soul. We buy no other coffee this is the BEST
