A 50/50 blend of rotating washed Latin American coffees, roasted dark. Sweet and nutty with a medium-heavy body - the coffees shift with the freshest harvest, but the balance stays consistent. Dark chocolate, fig, and molasses notes, roasted just past the start of second crack for all the roasty-toasty depth without losing the sweetness.
