Is this really decaf??? It’s hard to believe that something that tastes this good is decaffeinated coffee. It has a rich and somewhat sweet flavor that is just as good as their other coffee offerings. Mad Priest does it again!!
Being a super-taster, my wife is very, very sensitive to bitterness and off-flavors. We've spent years going through one roaster after another, as well as one decaf method versus others, to find a cup that met her demanding taste. This Colombian EA not only got the nod of approval, she declared it the best decaf coffee she's ever had. I enjoy it as well, prepared as a latte, and it truly is a solid decaf. Aeropress is the preferred method in our house and the process my wife really enjoys. Kudos to Michael and his team, takes a lot to impress my wife.
Can you please add a low acid decaf version to your selection? :)
