Join us for an intimate tasting experience featuring extraordinary Yemenia genetics & competition lots from the legendary highlands of Yemen, sourced through our friends at Qima Coffee. These are not just rare lots—they are living relics of coffee’s origin story. Yemen was one of the first places on earth to cultivate coffee commercially over 600 years ago, and its heirloom Yemenia varieties remain genetically distinct, wild, and profoundly expressive.

At elevations over 2,000 meters, in ancient terraced mountains that seem to scrape the heavens, these coffees develop a complexity that borders on mystical—layered fruit, florals, spice, and a depth that feels almost otherworldly. Qima’s meticulous work has brought these historic genetics to light in ways the modern coffee world is only beginning to understand.

Through Axis Mundi we invite you experiencing the divine amidst the mundane, to slow down, taste intentionally, and encounter something sacred in the cup. This is not a casual sip. It is an exploration of terroir, time, and tradition—an opportunity to taste what many consider some of the finest and most storied coffees in the world.

There are TWO ticket types. One is the tasting only, the other is the tasting + a reserved 100g jar of coffee (A $50 value)

**Please note, there is only one slot this go around for up to 10 people. There are no refunds. If a party does not show within the purchased timeframe, they forfeit their tasting.
