From bean-counter to cherry-buyer to farm-builder, the man went full Genesis on us—planting, washing, and dry milling his way to top-tier coffee out of Guji, Ethiopia. And now, thanks to his obsessive commitment to quality (and a little land-flipping magic), we get to sip the fruits of his labor. Literally.
