Don't Be Left Behind.

Know what's really scary? The apocalypse and the end of the world. No, wait. What's actually really scary: running out of good coffee. Don't be left behind. Get this stunning coffee from Honduras.

Our version of Left Behind tells a non-apocalyptic story, about the non-ending of specialty coffee, thanks to the hard work of farmers like Leticia.

Located at 1,400 meters above sea level under the watchful eye of Mount Tenan, this fifty-acre farm is home to rare micro-lots. Formerly a cattle farm, Finca La Unica was purchased in 2016 by Leticia Lopez Hutchins, a 5th generation coffee farmer proud to be an example for women by owning her own land and stepping into a role typically reserved for men in Honduras. Visit La Unica and you'll find hidden gems throughout the rows of coffee trees, stunning views, cacao trees, lemons the size of your head, and wild berries growing wild alongside the coffee.
