I was intrigued by the description of “honey processed” coffee so I bought 12 oz of beans. They ground up nicely and the flavors are appropriately light but full. Lots of overtones that I perceived as floral and chocolate. I’m also a fan of coffee that doesn’t screw over the farmers for excessive profits, so there’s that. Well done Mad Priest! This coffee is a sacramental blessing all by itself.
Left Behind | Honduras Honey
It was not bad or good. Hard to win every time.
I have enjoyed all the coffee that I have gotten from mad priest. I prefer a Medium to Dark roast since I use it in a espresso machine.
I have purchased sloth breakfast blend numerous times and it’s amazing but I tried left behind and it might be my new favorite. These guys know their craft. Keep up the good work.
